Our Commitment to Web Accessibility

Magnolia is committed to providing a fully accessible website experience for all users of assistive technologies, like screen reading software, screen enlargement software, and alternative keyboard input devices.

Our Standard

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Magnolia is currently reviewing all areas of our web presence and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0, level AA standardOpens in new tab on the content and interface of our sites. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone. Magnolia periodically tests its sites using assistive technologies in order to ensure full compliance to WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Where We’re Improving

In our efforts to bring our website up to standard, we are targeting the following areas:

  • 1.4.1: Use of Color
  • 1.4.3: Contrast (Minimum)
  • 2.4.1: Bypass Blocks
  • 2.4.4: Link Purpose (In Context)

This is part of our broader effort to make everyone’s experience at Magnolia a welcoming and enjoyable one. Please note that while we make every effort to provide information accessible for all users, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third party websites to which we may link.

If you are using assistive technologies and are having difficulty using our website, please email accessibility@magnolia.com or give us a call at (254) 235-0603.
